Post deletion

Im a memeber of a site that uses smf.. the mods/admin disabled the abillity for users to delete posts they have made..

My question is , is there a way to get around that to delete my posts (my posts,no on elses) a patch or something or another way to remove them.. I thought about just deleting the account all together but the posts will still remain..

any thoughts?

sorry if this is a stupid question, I didnt know where else to check..

Well there is absolutely nothing you can do anything about it as a member of their site. I do beleive it is against US Privacy Laws to not allow members to delete their own posts as needed, but I maybe wrong.
Email the administrator of the website and take further action into the cause.
