New Picture Posts not working on new uploaded photos sicne upgrade 1.3.8

Since upgrading to 1.3.8, the posting of new photos has ceased to work on my forum and new photos being uploaded are not appearing in my board posts or recent posts. All settings and permissions have been checked and correct.

Worked fine with previous version 1.3.7

I am operating SMF version 1.1.4

Uploading of pictures is no longer working? Or is it the new post being created inside a forum that is no longer  working?

Are they are relevant errors in the error log?

Did not really touch any of the topic posting code with the last update.

OK, it's the topic posting but also not showing in recent posts either but only on bulk uploads, single uploads are fine.

Fixed in 1.3.9
!Fixed an issue with creating posts when adding pictures using the bulk upload form.
