Is it possible to have my SMF Gallery Lite to host music files?

Hey,
I was looking for an integrated picture/music gallery for my website and came across SMF Gallery thinking it would allow audio files to be uploaded.  Well from what I can see I was wrong
Is there anyway which I could hack it to allow ogg/mp3 etc?
Also, is there a way to allow the gallery to copy files from another folder on the server instead of having to upload each file through the web interface?

Not currently you could probablay mix the download mod and the gallery mod together the code is sort of similar.
