[paid modification] post limit per day by membergroup

I need a modification which will limit posts per day for specific member groups in specific boards.
I need to adjust the limit of posts per day, in which boards  and in which groups will have affect.Also, support for future versions of SMF.
I have 1.1RC2 - Default theme
I can give 30$ for this mod......
