Space between categories

I was wondering, is it possible to change the space padding between categories? if so where to look?

You would look in Gallery.template.php

Find and remove

This will remove the spacing.

Does it look better that way? I am trying to figure out what makes the layout look the best. Orignally had that in to give some space.

Yes it does i think there was really to much space... my screen filled up pretty quickly
