Problems with Staff/Contact hacks & after removing them

Hello... First time poster, but I've been running various forums for some time.

Currently, I've got two almost-identical Forums with a similar set of files, and while one will work fine, the other does not. So, can anyone help with these points...

1. I have recently removed Staff and Contact mods, but it spurls out a huge list of errors to the error log every time anything is done;

etc.

2. Can anyone explain how I can get the User Email package to display the box names (i.e. Subject, Body Text, Send copy to myself) correctly? Only one theme, one language - Default English.

3. Can anyone explain why, when I installed Staff in the first place, that it lead to blank bits appearing in the permissions list, as well as blank bits in the Admin List and the Menu bar at the top?
