Install error

I am trying to reinstall the SMF Gallery Pro for a client and it is giving me an error message

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

I am using SMF 1.1.4 and have SMF Gallery Lite installed at the moment.  Do I need to unistall that to install the Pro?

Make sure you have the latest version of the Gallery.
Second always uninstall the lite edition before installing the pro edition of the gallery. All pictures and gallery information is saved when you uninstall.

Ok I uninstalled and it still gives me the same error.  I am not sure which version it is and wondered will she have to pay again for the latest version?  or is there a way to see if she is still within her year and can get the updated version?

If they have the license information which was sent when the software was orginally purchaed they can upgrade the account to the customers group which will give them access to the downloads in the forums.

The license is good for one year of updates

Ok the license has been done and she sent me the code.  Now where can I go download it?  Or does she have to and send it to me?  The license has been issues so now I just need the updated version.
