User Galleries

I have installed the SMF Gallery Pro Edition.   I'm have a little issue with setting up the member galleries.   

I have seached throught the support but didn't find the answers I was looking for.   

When I'm logged in as admin I can see the [My Gallery] link in the upper right hand corner of the gallery, but when I'm logged in as a regular memeber the [My Gallery] link isn't there.?   this is what is confusing me.

as and Admin I see it and everything functions,  but as a regular user I don't?   is there a post limit mimimum for setting up a user gallery?   I haven't made any post as this user because I'm just using it to verify functions.

your help is greatly appreciated.

After messing around with it today.  I have determined that it has something to do with the admin permisison.   if I add a user as an admin then I can set up a User gallery.  if they don't have admin previlidges than they can only post to the public galley that is created by the admin.

Seems to be an SMF permission issue.

First check under Admin -> Manage Permissions -> Modify each group
And make sure every group that requires User Galleries has a permission to use them.
Each group should have the "Personal Gallery" checked.


If you do not have that option and if you did not uninstall the lite edition before upgrading to the pro edition.
Attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php file from your forum to this post and we can fix it.

I was messing around with it,  I pasted part of another file in and got it to work.     I must have messed something up because it now won't let me change themes.   

I'll post the original managepermissions.php file up later.  I have it backed up at home.

The permissions appears to be good no changes were needed to be made to the file.

thanks,  it does seem to be working now.   I guess the code I pasted in there fixed the problem.  there were two sets of gallery codes,  I removed one set and pasted in the personal gallery questions and all is well.
