Featured listing support

 Under settings I have 2 upgrades set   Someone bought a featured listing and the paypal went through fine, however her listing does not show as a featured (she is only one in category if that makes a difference) and there is nothing listed in Transactions.

Hmm, ran some tests on my site and the upgrade worked ok. Did you recieve any emails about an invalid ipn purchase or upgrade notice from the classifieds.

Have other paypal transactions been processed before?

No to both questions.

This sounds like a webserver permission issue since you would get an email if the transaction failed or completed.
Make sure that classifiedsipn.php is set to 755 permission.

Also released 1.1.4 which allows admin's toggle whether a listing is featured or not.

I tried to upload and I was told
 
This package is already installed, and no upgrade was found!

You should uninstall the old version first to avoid problems, or ask the author to create an upgrade from your old version.

However, under my packages it says  1.1.3

Correct you would first need to uninstall the old version then install 1.1.4. All data and listings are saved when you uninstall.
