Lost File

I bought SMF Gallery Pro from this site around 3 weeks ago, before registering, and I've lost the actual file that I downloaded (PC was formatted). Is it possible to get another Gallery Pro if I produce all the receipts, PayPal account number, transaction history plus my own bank statement? - Simply because I can't afford another $50 for the add-on.

The original email should have contained the license key.  Use the license button on the top of the page and that will upgrade your account to a customer account. Which will allow you to access the customer forums for downloads

Well.... License key has been added, and the site has been listed. Still can't find the customer downloads section though........   

I think I've gone through the entire forum!
