Filling up my forum

Hi,
I have created a forum, and since it is new i ant o automatically fill up my forum with some content.
I know a link from where i can pick up the content.
I have tried the RSS feed , but it just create a new topi everytime if retrives a feed, what i want is that some topics with some replies.
