Gallery doesn't show up on home page

I was able to create and upload images and categories, but on the home-page, there's no link (or way) to get to the gallery.

When I type in the direct url , it comes up with this error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@cadcamplat.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

For custom themes you will need to add a link to the gallery.
This is the format normally used to access the gallery
http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?action=gallery
