Images not displaying / funky formatting

I upgraded to Pro yesterday and am having some problems. I first removed Gallery Lite, then installed Pro. Now, regardless of which theme I use - default or otherwise - I can't see pictures in the gallery. The categories show the correct number of pictures, and I can successfully add pics but I can't see them. Additionally when I go into a category to view pics, it gives me multiple page numbers on the bottom left, but they are all page 1. Weird.

I checked my logs and I'm getting a bunch of div by zero errors

Sounds like some settings are incorrect.

Check under Admin - Gallery Configuration.
Make sure everything is filled out correctly.

The division by zero appears to be caused by the "Images per page:" settings make sure that is greater than 0 default is 16 images per page.
