Formatting the comments section

I'm trying to figure out where and what the .php file is on my server, so I can edit it and format the comment section for each picture.

Anyone know where it may be and what line I would need to edit?  I'd like to change the size of the person's avatar and the font size.

That would be found in themes/default/Gallery.template.php

Look for the template_view_picture function
