admin clear old bids and reset the auctions

Can you add a way for the admin to clear the bids on a old auctions, and restart the bidding.

My auctions specialize in hunting leases and when that lease is won it is contracted for a limited time such as 1 yr or more.

When the lease expires and is ready to come back on the market. I need way for the admin to void or clear the earlier bids and then open the lease auction back to the public for new bids. This will allow the classifieds to keep existing listings on board and allow them to be reactivated when the need arises.
