This is not a bad start at all. I would however like to see more adjust ability to fit into different types of sites.

First thing i noticed was price of listing still being labeled ad BID, For regular classifieds listing it should be price.

Can the auction portion be turned off? I need a classifieds not auctions.

The optional fields -- can they be increased in size? I would also like to see these either above or below the description where they are more prominent and not hidden down under the who cares about info like views start date etc etc.

Allowing other forms of contact fields such as email and phone "examples of above"

I would also like to see highlighted or featured listings for an added cost

I would love to see more screenshots of the admin settings so I can better review this for use on my site

can we adjust the listing thumbnails to make them more uniform. I wouldnt even mind a default thumbnail so listings without images will not be dwarfed out on the list

Yes it can be. Each category allows you to set the options for that category. Such as if they have auctions,listings,upgrades,custom fields etc

The size not sure about how that would look compared to the other text on that page. But I can move it under the description field if that makes more sense

There is admin setting that allows you to control the size the max size of a thumbnail width and height.
