is that an upgrade or a fresh install?

Rafferty if you look at the download it is a fresh install. I have uninstalled the old package and installed the update and it saved all the settings from before, so you won't lose anything. It is working great now :-)

Hacks, my members are still not seeing any graphics in the newsletters, yet I'm seeing them in the preview and in my own emailed copy. Whats the answer here.

I'm using the full addy and even tried without the www, works on my machine with both. My site uses SSL but I dont think that has anything to do with it. It's getting very frustrating and the Newsletters I'm sending look very messy without the graphic.

Some members are also still getting some format coding in the letters, see attached.

That appears that the letter was coded in a Microsoft product. It depends on each user's browser what it will pickup. Generally what I do is copy the text to notepad or wordpad then format in the newsletter editor.

If you copy the text from Microsoft Word to the editor it will contain Microsoft's markup language which some browsers such as firefox does not support.

I would suggest to create the message completely in the editor to avoid those issues.

Hacks, I did use word that's correct however used plain text before copying over to newsletter, then formatted it in newsletter. I use firefox and the copy I received was perfect.

What about the graphics, I used 1 only and tested it on 3 persons before sending out my batch. first using the full path www, only to have 1 of 3 receive the graphic, then using the path without www 2 of the 3 received it ok, no matter what I put in I could only get 2 out of 3. Sent the letter anyway and reports back to me are that less than half received the graphic. I used the full path. These are all peeps who have html enabled and have received graphics in mail before.

Its hard to say. You would need to get more information such as  is the image blocked? Is it there junk folder or bulk folder?

Normally most email systems block images by default unless you click on the display all images link. I know gmail does this by default.

I would also check to see if they can forward you a copy of the message received including the full headers/source.

the members I tested on are experienced users and claim to have everything set fine, as I said they are telling me that they receive all other html mail with no problem.

On my second test, i had 2 from the 3 turn out fine, the other forwarded me the copy, which had the previously attached format code however the graphic worked on my system. This is very confusing.

The attached might help, returned copy from member.
