SMF Gallery Hack: Need some help

First of all i am using smf 1.1.5 I am using the darkbreak theme created by www.dzinerstudio.com

I installed the mod with the default skin. It shows up and works flawlessly on the default skin.

Now my problem is i need it to show up on the index page of the darkbreak theme. (The button that would give me a link to gallery.) I try to access from the link, but it only gives me an index instead of the gallery.

Is there a way to fix this?

You need to link to http://www.yourforum.com/index.php?action=gallery which will give you the main page of the gallery.

do i have to put the link somewhere. like the index.php file or something?

Attach your index.template.php file of your custom theme to your next post and I'll fix it for you. Or look at/edit that file and look how other menu options are coded.
