Can't uninstall Lite in order to install PRO

I just bought PRO, and downloaded.

The instructions say to uninstall the Gallery Lite, but when I clicked "uninstall" I got this message:

This package cannot be uninstalled, because there is no uninstaller! Please contact the mod author for more information.

Now what?

That's strange what version of Gallery lite were you running?


You can try doing the following to package url to see if it will allow you to uninstall it.
http://myforum.com/index.php?action=packages;version_emulate=1.1


If not you can install Pro over lite but may cause an extra gallery button to appear in the default template and Sources/ManagePermisisons.php will need to be fixed manually.

It's version 1.7.1.

I'll go try the emulation thing and report back.

Nope, didn't work, so I'll install over Lite and then fix the buttons.

Did I mention that I'm using the Silver theme?

What changes will I need to make to the Sources/ManagePermisisons.php?

Argh. Looks like I downloaded 1.4.0.3. How did I... well, the main thing is what should I do now?

I ran the install already, so can I just upgrade after it's all done installed?

Post your Sources/ManagePermissions.php there is a couple permissions that probably need to be fixed
