Undefined index: groupName

I'm getting this error in my log:

And when I set up permissions via the Gallery, I can't see any of the member group names except for Regular Members and Guests.

Everything else seems to be working fine.

I'm running SMF 2 Beta 4 and the Gallery is the current version 2.0.4

I've tried clearing the file cache and my browser cache, but I'm still getting the error.
