smf 1.1.7 upgrading disappeared Gallary Lite pictures.

Hi there,

My forum www.baask.com/diwan was working okay with Gallary Lite mode, smf shout mode, Ad management mode and SMF Blog mod. Now nothing is working okay after upgrading from smf version 1.1.6 to 1.1.7

Tumbnail of Photos are  visible but when I click to view full size of picture its showing "Source cannot be displayed"

Please advice how to fix this issue.

For further testing of this bug I hv installed smf 1.1.7 directly through fantastico within test folder. Then installed SMF GALLERY LITE.

Picture uploading is okay but picture VIEW is showing "source not found" error message.

That is most like an issue with mod_security
