SMF Classifieds questions.

Is there an option for pay per ad or is it based on a subscription model.

Thanks

Yes they have the option to pay for ad's. Listing cost can bet set on a category level. It is a one time payment for a listing.

This product is a one time payment which includes a year of updates after that if you wish to get more updates there is a renewal fee.

Is it possible to setup the classified so that payment can be made outside of PayPal.  Have been asked to implement a Classified section on a forum that would be selling some small items that PayPal would be fine for but larger items (boats, trailers, etc.) that would most likely be handled outside of PayPal.  More of a personal transaction.
Regards,

PayPal is not required for people to buy items from other users. The listing owner has the option to place there paypal account as a method of payment.
Otherwise to complete the transaction would need to contact the listing owner for details on how to pay.

Thank you, and I quickly learned that if I read more of your documentation I won't ask such questions. ;D
