Lightbox not working

I bought Gallery Pro yesterday and installed it.  I bought it so I didn't have to integrate light box myself plus all the other features that it has.

The problem is that the lightbox slideshow isn't working.  I am using a custom theme so is there something I need to do so that the javascript files are included in my index.template.php?  I have tried to you the $context['html_headers'] variable before and had no luck with it.  Meaning I couldn't get it to include the js files I wanted in the header. 

Now because the slideshow depends on the js that this variables tells the page, I am assuming this is it.  I checked the smf_settings variable and value to make sure that was set and it is and it is pulling it out with the $modSettings, so I know that is not the problem.  Any help woudl be great.

Ok got the headers working fine but now it won't let me use lightbox only highslide.  Any thoughts?

There should be a setting in the Gallery configuration for using lightbox on the main picture display. For the slideshow it requires highslide since we are using highslides builtin slideshow function.

So does this mean there is no way to use lightbox instead on highslide for the slideshow?  Thanks for the help.

Correct currently slideshow was implemented using native highslide functions.
