How to remove/delete user and category in User Galleries?

I've been going round and round several days, your kind advise dearly needed.

In Admin/Gallery Configuration - Manage Categories
I only see one gallery which I had created myself.

In "User Galleries" - user name "abc" not in Manage Categories.

In Space Manager, only one member name shown, but not member name "abc".

In Forum>Gallery>User Galleries>
Found - member and category name created by user.
There is no option to remove either.

I can removed all pictures in the user gallery. But not the user name or the gallery title.

"Sorry! There are no pictures in the gallery yet." this message no longer appears.
It always show when there is photo in the user category.

When I create another category in the main and with some photo in it,
not under user gallery,  "Sorry! There are no pictures in the gallery yet." this message come back again.

Sorry, I know it rather confusing. Good if there is an answer for the strange occurrance, if not I will be re-install the whole Gallery Pro again. Really tricky.

A user gallery category only shows if they have a category created under their personal gallery. If they have no user categories then their user gallery is not displayed on the user gallery list.
