Updated my site and can't view Gallery Pro pics
« on: January 04, 2009, 10:29:46 pm »
I just revamped my website and trashed the Joomla front end.  I re-installed a fresh copy of smf in my root directory as well as new installs for Gallery Pro and SMF Store.  The SMF Store works great after moving the images to the proper folder, but I still can't get any of the images to appear with Gallery.  I went into the gallery config and made sure all of the paths were adjusted and still nothing.  I even tried uploading new pics.  It shows that they successfully load, but you guessed it, ino visible pics.

I'm still using the original database - could this be my problem?  I deleted all of the gallery tables prior to installing and still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Bruce

Check that the gallery url is set to the form of http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/

If not also check your forum's error log for any relevant errors.

weird.  The path was correct and there were no errors.  Once I moved everything back to the original folder, everything worked.  I decided to just use a re-direct rather than have everythihg sit in the root.  Problem solved for now.  Thanks for all the work you've put into this.
