Additional fields query

I've added a few additional data fields to a gallery category and whilst these appear when creating a new entry (uploading a new image) they dont when editing existing images in that category.

Is there an easy fix to make these fields available on edit for existing posts?

Confirmed it is a bug will be fixed for the next release.

Drat! Whilst I'm chuffed I've spotted a bug (without looking for one) it doesn't really help me much.

If manual code edits are available before next release could you post them here so I can get my users off my back...

Any clue on likely next release - are we talking weeks or months?

Just looking at Gallery pro again, there is an import facility but I'm not sure how it functions.

Could I somehow re-import previous posts and then delete the old ones and would that then allow the new additional fields to appear?

One to two months for the next release. Don't have any code to fix it yet.
