Upload Folder is Full error Message

An Error Has Occurred!
The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.

How do i fix this as i have checked the disk space and there no issues ,

Is that part of the Gallery or is that for normal attachments and avatars?

If it is normal attachments go to admin -> Attachments and Avatars and increase the upload folder size
