No Price / No Bidding

I don't have an issue with it, more I don't know what it means, so I've left it turned off.

Can any other users enlighten me to what it means & what turning this on will do.

This feature causes the category to have no pricing information and does not allow any bids since there is no pricing enabled.

It could be used for a help wanted area I believe that is what users have used it for.
