User Email Error

when i'm logged in as an administrator on my forum, the user email works, when i'm logged in as a regular member and i click on the envelop icon underneath their avatar, i get the message: an error has occurred.  did i forget to check off something, i dont know why this would work for the admin but not for a member. permissions?  where?

Yes permissions need to be set for each member group that you want to be able to send mail.

Go to Admin -> Permissions -> and make sure they are allowed to send mail.

still blank. it appears to work but no text is in any of the fields to let you know what you should be typing.
