Adding "Sponsored by"

I've seen boards where a particular category or board has text and a link within it's title. I.E. "Sponsored by whomever" - where "whomever" being linked. Like a vendor of some sort sponsoring a specific board.

Is there a mod out there for that kind of thing for SMF? Would anyone be interested in doing a mod? I'll pay for it if I have to to.

Any help would be appreciated.
