Upload Image size > max allowed size

Hello

I think I found an bug...

In the downloads setting I put the Max height/width on 800px:

Max allowed image height: 800
Max allowed image width: 800

When uploading an image which is bigger then 800x800 (say 1024x768) I get an error:

The download is added but without the image.

Got it fixed this time. For some reason by code analyzer did not picking a missing global
