files less than 1 mb credit 0 bug

files <1mb needs to be = 1mb in credits

To me it would be better if the credits system used Kb rather than Mb..... I'm sure I can't be the  only one that has dozens of files that are less than 1Mb in size? And even if I am the exception, where's the problem with entering 1024Kb rather than 1Mb when setting up?

Added two settings to control this in 1.0.3 to control the filesize it is divided by bytes defaults to 1mb.
