Error in SMF logs

I get the following error in my SMF logs....

This is using SMF v1.1.9 and Downloads Pro v1.0.5

All the time or just from that ip? Could be a bot that is following the links

So far the error is just from that one ip, I'll keep an eye on it and report if any other ip's are listed....
