Private Gallery Issue

Hello Hacks. I am looking for fix for this if you can please offer me one. (Even if it is only temporary until the next update) Members create private galleries but when someone clicks the icon to show all the images of a member the ones that are private appear in the results.

Example below some of those pics are private. I know when you click the thumbnail to see the bigger picture it wants a password for the private ones, but some of my members don't want the thumbs to show at all in the results which is understandable since they are suppose to be private. Is there some way I can fix this with the "myimages" search.  Thanks.
