Media Friendly?

Hello,

I am considering migrating a pretty extensive media gallery (audio, video, texts, screensavers, etc) to your system, but I am looking for several features.  Hopefully you could tell me if they are currently possible or if you are willing to consider adding them:

1.  a "download all" option for a particular directory/album.  (i.e. 16 mp3s from a concert bootleg are in one directory, and a user wants to download a zip of the entire album at once rather than each file individually).

2.  the nature of my site is a fan site for a popular rock band, and we host tons of mp3s of unreleased material.  they've requested that we add their commercially released albums to our "download system", but instead of illegally hosting them, we have the links refer visitors to the individual iTunes download links.  would you be willing to write us a "plugin" that would give me the ability to do this?

1. The download all is not built in. This can  be very intensive if this feature was built in if a category has many files would take a long time to process and zipping them up takes even more resources and requires php zip module to be installed.

2. The download system supports external links so you can add a download that is linked to an external file.
