how to make some1 to forum moderator?

hello smfers,

i had an question about my forum ???, i can't find anywere how i make another member to moderator. i realy need him as an mod becouse he is my helper and an moderator in our private server. my site is under construction now so i want to know soon. if any1 has the awnser please send a message to this forum :'(
