Couple of problems

Firstly I was told I could install pro over the lite version.  I did that. I didn't want to have to re upload all my downloads again.

Now I am looking for my licence in the docs that came with the package and they aren't there.  I didn't receive an email either.

I am unable to upload more than one image to a download at a time, although I am told on pre sales that I can.  

I have the images set to be 400 x 400 yet they show up as tiny thumbnails.

I thought I would be able to add more than one .zip or .rar to my downloads too and I can't.  I could actually do more with the forum posts with my downloads.

Are these fixable issues?

I can probably add most of those features. I personally did not have a time yet to respond to those questions in presales forum so you went by what the members stated.

For the license email should be in the same email that contained the download link if you did not get it we can refoward that email over.

I will be busy tonight and probably will not be able to answer any other questions till tomorrow night.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I didn't get the link from an email, I'm sure I followed it throught the forum and straight on to paypal.

I would really appreciate those features.  It's a sims site I run and often times I have to upload sets in one download, but people might not want the whole thing.  Images, we need to be able to upload up to six for each download with different views.

There's no major rush for these, I'll just be happy if you can do them.  I was thinking it wasn't working properly because he was saying I could do it and  knew I couldn't.

I need to be able to have 400 x 400 images on my actual download page but for the thumb to show up as a category pic.

Despite having the settings allowing all members to download, people are unable to download from the site.  How do I fix this? I will PM you a test membership with password and you can see what I mean.

There isn't a way to allow people to download, it isn't in the settings.  If you like I can attach a screenshot

Just to update you.  I removed the pro version and the old lite version.  I reinstalled the pro version on it's own.  It still has the same settings as the old one.  How do I delete these settings?

My site is now in maintainance mode until I can solve these problems, so effectively I have no site at the moment. 

Can you help wih these issues?

At the moment I am not sure whats up with it. I don't have the url to the forum nor any admin login information for that site to look further. Please pm me this information so I can check out the install.

I also have never received the license information, even though you sent it twice, it isn't getting to me for some reason.  I know you have the right address as I get the forum emails

Do not have a planned date at this time. Currently I work on one product at a time and then move on to the next one.

It sure is, and misplaced advice is a fault.  I would have patiently waited for my answer originally had I not been given the wrong advice by you
