Stop Remote Linking

I have had a search through existing topics and have seen mention of a setting to stop remote linking; but, for the life of me, I can't see where this might exist. I have a forum that includes Gallery Pro - but I do not want people who load pictures to User Galleries to post them outside the forum... So, if they get the image name and post a link elsewhere, I want to be able to stop the image appearing. Can that be done?

If you have access to the cpanel for your site, you can disable hotlinking there.
