I'd like to use this topic to learn more of the basics about SMFHacks Classifieds.

To start:

What is this file? What does the utf8 stand for?

What's the difference, or, why is there two similarly named files?

classifieds2.php

vs

classifieds.php

ALSO... I see classifieds.php is located under SOURCES/
But, I do not see classifieds2.php anywhere on the server, did I miss it, or where is it located?

classifieds.english-utf8.php is an extra file in case you have utf8 enabled on your forum.
uft8 allows support for international characters other than the standard English characters.

classifieds.php is for SMF 1.1.x
classifieds2.php is for SMF 2.0.x

They are included to support different versions of SMF.
