I have problem with the quality of watermark image.
How you can see the watermak on image is different to the original...

where can I modify the resolution and compression of watermark image to remain the same of the original?

At this time there are no settings to control the size of the watermarked image which is only determined by the size of the image uploaded.

What happens then it takes the pixel at 1,1 and makes that the transparent color. In your case probably black but appears the image also has other colors that are close to the color black but not black exactly which is why it appears spotty.
