Help to upgrade SMF Gallery Pro

OK new problem.  Here is what I get when I try to attach the screen shot.  I cropped the screen shot and saved it as a JPEG sized lowest compression 60 Kb  Error

Upload folder full.  Try a smaller file size and/or contact the administrator

Were you using SMF 2.0? I don't see the package listed in that screenshot from what I can see.

No we are not.  We are using 1.10  I think I may have found the problem.  The Galler file that was uploaded 2.5.3.1.zip was 0 Kb in size.  I am going to try to upload the file again.

I suppose I should also tell you that our disc space was at 100% which I just expanded this evening adding 2 GB.  So I will give it another try and see what happens.  Will inform.

Evidentally that was the problem.  I successfully upgraded our Gallery to 2.5.3 only to learn that now 2.5.4 is available.  LOL  That was too easy once everything was straightened out.  I suspect other package additions or changes are supposed to be that easy as well.

OK now that I have the gallery installed I really see no signifigant difference from the free version.  What should I expect and how can I confirm that the pro is actually running?
