How Do I Add A Category To The "Downloads Page"?

Im using
Downloads System      V 1.2.6
and
SMF version  1.1.10 8)

Here is a srceen shot of what i get when i try to add a download:

On that same page. Under the Downloads Admin panel click on the "Add Category" link
