Can't Seem To Install

I seem to be having trouble installing SMF Gallery Pro. I Uploaded the package into the Packages folder, and made a temp folder with 777 permission. The install looks like it runs, but then it looks like all the files are still sitting in the temp folder after it's done. Before the install, it looked like there were errors on index.php and admin.php, but it was okay to skip them?

What version of SMF? Do you have a lot of mods installed?
I would uninstall then attempt to reinstall and list any errors on any files here.

I have 2.0RC installed and the only other mod I have installed is a youtube one for BBC codes. When I try to reinstall, these are the errors I get:

1. Replace ./index.php Test failed (Ignore Errors)
* 10. Execute Modification ./Sources/Admin.php Test successful
1. Replace ./Sources/Admin.php Test failed (Ignore Errors)
When I continue the installation, it looks like everything just sits in the temp folder.
Is there a manual install procedure?

Great I had the same problem and this worked perfectly for me!
