Another layout request/suggestion

Just another request from the guy who wont go away.  I think it would clean the layout up alot if the following could be accomplished.

1. Make the table height set to the max image height.  As it is now, uploads without images are varying heights depending on how much text is present.  If all the tables were the same height, it would greatly improve the uniform look on the index.

2.  I'd like the image to come before the title.  Just another aesthetic request, which I think will improve the look of the downloads page.  

I was thinking it might be nice to be able to set a default download image for the index listing.  One that could be created and set by the site admin.  However this is probably asking too much.  Just thinking out loud now.
