[BUG] Download Logs

1) Logs per Page set to any other value will result in wrong sorting. If i set it to 50 and click DATE it will reset to 10.

2) Pages 1 2 3 4 ....should have a better stepping and centered 1... 10 11 12 13 ....50 etc.

2. The paging system uses SMF's default paging style on my forum i have it setup to not display all numbers at once instead does something like 1 2 [3] 4 5  ... 8
