[WISH] Counts child categories downloads totals

If i disable the checkbox, the subcats does not appear in index but the total number of files are shown 0 in sub. So a user can assume, there is no downloadable file in the folder even there are still a lot of files. A change to te template will be nice or an option to disable all subcats (if you have a lot) along with removing the count row.

Added an option under Layout Settings to Hide Subcategories underneath a parent category for 1.0.13

You still need to have count child categories enabled for it to work.
