Hosting Sites that work well with SMF

I've currently got Startlogic.com and constantly have server issues am looking for a shared hosting site that works well with SMF and a small website.  This is a free site so I want to keep costs low, but have reliability..Thanks in advance.

I think bluehost is reliable if you want to put up SMF..

I have been having a hard time to find a version that's programed in .net
