Trying to update and gallery isn't working

Yes I'm a bit behind the times with my gallery.... I'm running 2.5.3 and I want to upgrade to 2.5.7 Where is this package... sorry for the noob question

Reason I saw I'm out of date is because I can see the gallery but soon as I click an image I get a page saying

"Method Not Implemented
GET to /webwheeling/index.php not supported.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I thought I should check my software version and noticed it is telling me I'm out of date... Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

This occurs with mod_security enabled if possible disable it. If not follow the fix below

how would I know if mod_security is enabled?

I can tell by that error your getting and that is caused by mod_security
