Little color problem
« on: January 18, 2007, 12:10:19 am »
Display of who is viewing a picture is fine, will be shown in the membergroup color.
But a comment posted by members or even admin's is just blue like any other who post a comment. It does not use the assigned color of the membergroup.
How can I change this in the code (and where)?

Hmm, not sure if that is a bug. By default SMF does not color the user titles for posts.

But even in the default installation of 1.1 or 1.1.1, the admin for example is red, the global moderator blue.

Below a picture is "xxx and 0 Guests are viewing this picture.". If xxx is the admin, it is red, thats correct, but in comments, it is just plain blue. Where in the code is the username displayed in a comment? If I would find it, I could change it by myself.

Its in Gallery.template.php in the view_picture function you will need to join another table though for the comments to get the group color.
