Default credit?
« on: July 27, 2009, 05:43:13 pm »
I've asked for this once before, but nothing happened :(

I'd like ALL new users to be given a default amount of credit when their account is authorised, but there isn't any way to do this at the moment, other than manually editing their account...

I give all new accounts 50 credits to get them started, so could this be added to Downloads Pro please?

Regards
Eddy

You can actually do this inside the database. If you set the default value of the "downpro_credits" column to 50 and that will work.
You can do this via phpmyadmin

I try to avoid make changes to SMF code when possible.

It is actually the smf_members table where you make the change which can be done using phpmyadmin
